Catesby Estates obtained a change of use planning consent from the Local Authority in 2011 and built and delivered a new 90,000 sq.ft Morrisons food superstore which was subsequently sold to Standard Life Assurance.
In addition, the development enabled the delivery of a new Park and Ride for Doncaster, operated by Stagecoach and SYPTE, and the construction of a Managed Office Workspace Building, recognised as one of the best buildings in the whole South Yorkshire area.
