Catesby Estates has been selected as land promoter for a 25 acre greenfield site off Sicklesmere Road (A134) in Rushbrooke, near Bury St Edmunds.

Logical location for new homes

The site is situated immediately adjacent to a recently consented residential scheme for 369 homes being bought forward by Hopkins Homes.

Working with the West Suffolk Local Plan Review

We will be promoting the land through the West Suffolk Local Plan Review process.
