Strategic Land Promotion in East Sussex

Catesby Estates has entered into an agreement to promote land at Howells Bank Farm, Broyleside, Ringmer, East Sussex (February 2022).

Greenfield site within Lewes District

The greenfield site is 48 acres (19.4 hectares) and lies within the administrative area of Lewes District Council. 

Local Plan Promotion

Catesby will be promoting the site through the Local Plan process for new homes and community facilities.

Senior Land Manager, Andy Wright said; “We are always looking to add new sites to our promotion portfolio, and we are delighted to be working with the landowners as their preferred partner on this site.”

Edward Searl & Sam Sutton of Searls Land acted on behalf of the landowners.
