The proposals for our site at Bishops Green which underwent public consultation earlier this year, has now been formally registered and validated by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.
The submitted application includes the following:

Statutory consultees (e.g., Environment Agency, Highways England, Natural England and the Parish Council) and local residents will have the opportunity to formally comment on the application.
We will continue to work closely with the Council and respond to statutory consultees through the application process. This website will be updated as the application progresses.
Catesby Estates has entered into an agreement to promote land at Bishops Green, Newbury (October 2020).
Within the administrative area of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, the greenfield land site is 55 acres and lies adjacent to an existing employment area with over 180 businesses, employing 2,000 people.
