Rhia Nandra - Designer
A Strong Design Background
Rhia joined the Catesby Design and Masterplaninng team in January 2026.
She previously worked at Pegasus Group in both the Bristol and Birmingham offices, specialising in residential urban design.
During this time, Rhia worked with a range of leading housebuilders, including Barratt Homes, Redrow, David Wilson, Taylor Wimpey and Crest Nicholson, delivering projects across England and Wales.
A Focus on Urban Design
Rhia graduated from Coventry University with a BSc (Hons) in Architecture.
As part of her studies, she completed two summer placements at Ophir Architecture, where she gained valuable experience in urban design.
