Sam is a town planner with experience of working in both the public and private (consultancy and client side) sectors.

Sam joined the Catesby Estates in-house planning team in 2026.

Wide range of planning experience 

Sam began her planning career in Local Government in 1999 starting in planning admin and then undertaking day release to train as a town planner.

In 2007 as a Senior Planner for local government Sam worked on a mix of projects including residential schemes and commercial.

In 2016 she then worked as a planning consultant dealing with planning applications and appeals for large and small scale residential and commercial projects.

In 2024 Sam moved to Vistry Strategic Land as a Planning Manager to work on both strategic and non-strategic residential schemes.

Sam is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
