Catesby Estates was delighted to host the Maximising Land Value Seminar yesterday at Alconbury Weald, in partnership with the Country Land and Business Association (CLA).

The event welcomed over 60 landowners, land agents and industry professionals creating an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships and share insights into the challenges and opportunities of land development.

The CLA’s Avril Roberts provided an update on national policy and upcoming changes, including details on the CLA’s Landowner Incentives Taskforce and their wider work on affordable rural housing.

The seminar concluded with a tour of Alconbury Weald, which is being brought forward by Urban&Civic the parent company of Catesby Estates.
