Catesby Estates are pleased to announce we have completed the sale of a 13.21 acre site at Chestnut Tree Farm, off Sandhurst Lane in Twigworth, Gloucestershire, to housebuilder Charles Church South Midlands.

The site, which is located in a sustainable location with good access to local facilities has outline planning permission for up to 85 new homes, of which 40% will be affordable, as well as public open space.
