Catesby Estates controls land totalling 76 acres which has been allocated for up to 690 new homes in the recently adopted Warwick District Local Plan (September 2017).

The site is located between the A46, Crewe Lane and the northern section of Glasshouse Lane.

We’ll take your feedback and incorporate it into our application where we can. We are aiming to submit an application to Warwick District Council later this spring after which the council will then determine the application.

Should the application be approved, we will then work with a range of housebuilders to deliver a range of new homes, with first residents taking occupation in 2020.
